My Opinion on We Got Married Global Edition Season 1 Episode 10

This ep went by like a strong breeze! I can’t believe that I have to wait another week just to see the next ep! I really enjoyed this ep. It was full of laughter and smiles, in fact there was nothing I saw of Gui Gui and Taecyeon which was not of a smile! It was really lively and it was more than enough to get me laughing along with them. Last three eps were more on the romantic side and this one just falls so naturally and comfortably with the scheme of things. I absolutely loved this ep, it was super easy-going and just a blast to watch! It really lightened up my study day!

I just can’t get over as to how adorable Gui Gui and Taecyeon are! Their relationship just continues to blossom ep by ep! They are so just adorable and they have opened up each other, providing a playful nature for every ep. I absolutely love the relaxing feel that they give off, you can just sit down with ease watching those two. You don’t have to think about where the relationship is going to head off to next because everything just falls in place so naturally.

It was the honeymoon that really helped this couple to cement their relationship. That was the point in which Gui Gui and Taecyeon could really get to get to know each other. It was the honeymoon which allowed them to find out more about each other and really work out their feelings for one another. It was also the honeymoon that allowed them to be more comfortable around each other. Now, coming off from the honeymoon they will only continue to grow with each other and strengthen their relationship with each other. Just look at them! No one can deny the progress that they have made with each other, they really have walked a long long way.

Despite the progress that Gui Gui and Taecyeon have made, they will always have some kind of awkwardness between them because there is always that barrier between them. They have moved away from that barrier, but it is always there behind them. However, they are constantly trying to overcome this barrier and every time awkwardness comes between them, they can always work past it. At the start, after they said their hello to each other, there was a second of awkwardness between them but they were quick to close in with the atmosphere. I like this between them because I know that regardless of their efforts, there will always be apart of the barrier which they cannot overcome, however, they are working to close in the gap which helps them to bring bridge relationship closer.

Both Gui Gui and Taecyeon have opened their hearts to one another. They really have learnt to understand each other. They have learnt to adapt to each other’s weaknesses and strengths. They are also doing things for each other which they would have never previously done. It’s the little actions that they do for each other that really shows how far they have come. During the honeymoon, Taecyeon told Gui Gui not to tell him to buy her things and she clearly took that in. I just love it how when they were at the Korean market, he willingly offered to buy her a worm pillow. That was just really nice of him to do so, because it shows that he is understanding her; he doesn’t need her to tell him what he has to do to make her happy because he knows what to do.

I absolutely adored that moment! It was really cute. She was really touched by what he did for her and she really showed it with her heart. Her smile was filled with pure happiness and you could practically see that her smile also contained honey. I just loved the way that she cuddled up to him when he said that he would buy it for her. It was so sweet! And if that wasn’t sweet enough, the way she thanked him afterwards was filled with sugar! I loved how she gave him a kiss with the pillow, it was just so charming! I just can’t help but replay that scene a bajillion times!

Wasn’t that a sweet cooking session, especially with the help from G.O of MBLAQ. How nice was it of G.O to offer to help prepare for the couple’s house warming party? The three had a lot of fun in the kitchen. It was nice to see that the two men did not exclude Gui Gui but rather, they included her and tried to help her to fit into their conversation. Language is a barrier that Taecyeon and Gui Gui are learning to step over. Taecyeon tried to explain to Gui Gui what burdock is but he couldn’t find the words to say so, so G.O stepped in and told her that it is called “wooooong”. What I love about this is that they are not letting their language problems become an obstacle for them, but rather they are making in a challenge which they have to overcome.

I totally agree with what G.O said about Gui Gui and Taecyeon opening their hearts to each other. They really have and are more comfortable with each other. They have opened each other’s heart, and like G.O said, they are getting closer with each other. Taecyeon really has opened his mind a lot since his relationship with Gui Gui and this is all because they have grown alongside one another.

It’s kind of a coincidence (or not) that both Hong Ki and Taecyeon got bombarded with fans during their outings. Hong Ki’s fans were going crazy over seeing him, they were star struck and super duper happy to see him. Taecyeon’s fans were not as crazy but there were fans everywhere at the market vying to take a picture of TaecGui. I loved how his fans complimented both him and Gui Gui whereas Hong Ki’s fans were just crazy about him and left poor Mina out.

Awww, Hong Ki and Mina had such a fun time together. I love how their relationship is progressing because they really are becoming one close couple. They have a skinship which just works so well for them. They just fall naturally with it; they aren’t afraid of each other and are rather quite happy in the presence of each other. What Hong Ki is doing for her is so sweet. I love the bike ride he took her on as well as “wedding” that he planned for her. So essentially, this is their second time walking down the aisle. Ahahhaas! When they were saying their “vows” he asked her if she was willing to be with him for life and she answered yes. He further asked her that even when the show is over would she still be with from life and she shyly answered yes. I know that it is not going to happen but it was so sweet! (LOL, if only shows like this could get our dream OTP’s together for real in real life then that would be good!)

I can’t believe that we are already one-third of the way through with the season! It feels so soon yet at the same time it is quite far away. This season worked differently to other seasons as it is a global edition and the couples have a sit limit on when their relationship will finish. I have never seen any other seasons so I can’t really make any comparisons, however, with only fifteen eps for the couples to develop, I kind of wish that the missions would not drag over so many eps. This is only their third (?)/fourth (?) mission! I would have preferred it if there was a new mission every two eps, but I get what I get! I can’t wait for the next ep because it appears that Gui Gui will be able to meet Nickhun. I really want to see her reaction as well as Taecyeon’s reaction to her reaction. Next ep the friends are going to come over and some fun is going to happen!

This episode was a lot of fun and just full of happiness! I liked it when G.O. visited, I feel like it is even more interesting when Taec’s friends are there.
